2021 Election Results
It’s been a tough year and a half for everyone. Our board of directors and management felt it was still not a good idea to get 500-1,000 members and guests together for our 2021 Annual Meeting. Therefore, we posted financials in the August edition of Ohio Cooperative Living, and conducted our Board of Trustees election by mail, as usual.
Notable highlights from 2020 included returning $50,100 in water heater control switch rebates, issuing grants from the Frontier Power Community Connection Fund totaling $39,250, returning approximately $400,000 in general retirement capital credits to current and former members, and $305,700 was paid out to estates. Service progress included 95 new connections, 59 individual upgrades, 72 pole changes, 17 new security lights installed, and over 21 miles of line replaced and rebuilt.
We have continued with our normal schedule as much as possible, and ballots were counted July 29, 2021. Following are the winners of the election. Thank you to all members who took the time to vote.
We would like to congratulate Bill, Seth, and Mark, and thank them and all candidates, for their time in running for a position with the Frontier Power and Frontier Propane Board of Directors.
